We stand firmly behind the quality of our products. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer an exclusive 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase, granting you the right to replace your item in the event of manufacturing defects, subject to the following terms:

1. Eligible Cases for Replacement (Warranty Applies): Customers are entitled to a one-to-one replacement if the following issues occur:

• Fabric Defects: The appearance of "pilling" or noticeable fuzz/fiber balls on the fabric surface.
  

• Stitching Defects: Issues with "finishing," such as unravelling seams or loose stitching.
  
  
• Post-Wash Construction Defects: Significant distortion of the garment’s shape (twisting or warping) after standard washing, indicating a flaw in the cutting or manufacturing process.
  

2. Ineligible Cases (Warranty Does Not Apply): The 6-month guarantee does not cover, and items cannot be replaced, in the following scenarios:

• Failure to Follow Care Instructions: Any damage (shrinkage, discoloration, or fabric degradation) resulting from washing the item in a manner that contradicts the care label instructions (e.g., using excessively hot water or bleach).
  

• Misuse or Accidental Damage: Damage caused by abnormal personal wear and tear, such as snags, tears from sharp objects, or burns.

نحن نثق تماماً في جودة منتجاتنا، ولذلك نقدم لعملائنا ضماناً حصرياً لمدة 6 أشهر من تاريخ الشراء، يضمن لك حق استبدال القطعة في حال ظهور عيوب صناعة، وذلك وفقاً للشروط التالية:

1. الحالات المشمولة في الضمان (يتم الاستبدال): يحق للعميل طلب استبدال القطعة بقطعة جديدة في الحالات الآتية:

• عيوب القماش: ظهور "الوبر أو تكتلات واضحة على نسيج القماش.
  
  
• عيوب الخياطة: وجود مشاكل في "التقفيل"، مثل تفكك الغرز أو انفكاك الخياطة.
  
  
• عيوب ما بعد الغسيل: تغير شكل القطعة (انحراف القصة أو التلويح) بشكل ملحوظ بعد الغسيل، مما يدل على عيب في التصنيع.
  
  
  

2. الحالات غير المشمولة في الضمان (لا يتم الاستبدال): لا يسري ضمان الـ 6 أشهر ولا يمكن استبدال القطعة في الحالات التالية:

• عدم اتباع تعليمات الغسيل: أي تلف (انكماش، تغير لون، تلف النسيج) ناتج عن غسل القطعة بطريقة تخالف إرشادات العناية الموجودة على ملصق القطعة (مثل الغسيل بماء ساخن جداً، أو استخدام المبيضات).
  
  
• سوء الاستخدام: التلف الناتج عن الاستهلاك الشخصي غير الطبيعي، مثل القطع، التمزق نتيجة الاحتكاك بأجسام حادة أو الحروق.
