We want you to be happy with your VIBES gear!
If you need to return or exchange an item, please read these simple rules:

Time Limit: You must send your request within 7 days from the day you received your package.

Item Condition: The item must be in its perfect original state, and the size tag must still be attached.

Late/Damaged Items: We cannot accept requests submitted after the 7-day deadline, or for any items that are damaged or have the size tag removed.

One Action Per Order: Each order is allowed one action only: either a return (getting your money back) or an exchange (swapping for a different size/item).

Extra Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying any new shipping fees that happen when you return or exchange an item.

Free Shipping Period: Even if your original order had free shipping, you must pay the shipping cost if you decide to return or exchange the item.

Combined Requests (Return & Exchange): If you want to return some items and exchange others from the same package, you must tell us clearly. We only allow this "combined" request if your original package had more than one item.

How You Get Your Money Back: Refunds are sent only through InstaPay.
We will process the refund within 7 days after we get the item back and check its condition.

Wrong/Bad Item? (Our Mistake): If the item you received is broken, faulty, or completely wrong, we will send you a replacement for free (no extra shipping costs for you). You must tell us about this error within 3 days of getting the order.
